Split an Excel or CSV file into one file per client
One big export, and each client, region or team needs only their own rows. Instead of filtering and copying the sheet over and over, Klerio makes one file for each value in the column you choose, in one go.
How it works
- Open your CSV or Excel file in Klerio's Workspace. It's read in your browser, not uploaded.
- Clean it first if you like: tidy emails, fix dates, remove duplicates.
- Choose 'Split into files' and the column to split by, such as Client or Region.
- Download a zip with one Excel or CSV file per value, each with the same headings.
Why Klerio
- No macros or formulas: Pick a column and download. Nothing to install or copy.
- Blank values kept: Rows with nothing in the chosen column go in their own file, so no row is lost.
- Safe file names: Each file is named after its value, with characters Windows won't accept taken out.

Common questions
How many files can it make?
Up to 500 from one split. If a column has more different values than that, choose a column with fewer, like region instead of postcode.

Either: choose the format for the split files when you download them.
